Because it's apparently big news over there...]) Well, the author made a headliner tab on Slate today, and in the comments someone posted this very excellent response blogged by a community college professor: It would be funny if it weren't so deadly: why Amy Chua has blood on her hands. I particularly like how the author references the "model minority" concept, which Chau deftly avoids mentioning, even though her piece is a flagrant homage to it.
